Freya Märchen Lualdi was born into a middle-class family, living on a farm, tending to the animals and crops. The family was rather large, to be exact. Two parents, two daughters, and three sons. The oldest was Lucie, a female with a sharp mind and high work ethic. Next was Kristen, a jokester (boy) who didn't have a care in the world. Then came Freya, a bright spirited violinist who loved the farm like it was her life. Then were a pair of twins, Stephen and William. Farming was basically what they did. They raised animals and planted crops, for the town of Selphia. You could assume they were a happy family.

At a young age, Freya would bond with her family. Every now and then they would all gather around a little bonfire and share stories, preparing meals over the fire as they'd laugh and sing along. Freya's mother, Rhema, used to be a violinist before meeting her father. She would work at the local tavern for a living, and she just loved it. The melody could take you to places you've never dreamed could exist. The world would just fade away, into a sweet sounding symphony. That was the true joy of music. Mother would always play the violin for them, from the old classics to the lullabies, singing along with the melody in a soft and gentle voice.

It was fun of course, everyone loved her music. They wished mother could play it more often. But she'd shake her head and laugh. However, mother's playing had touched Freya. Freya wanted to be just like her mother, and learn the art of the violin. She wanted to create such beautiful music of her own, just like her mother. And whilst the years passed by, the young girl would sing to the flocks and cattles, her eyes filled with ambition. Soon, her twelfth birthday would be coming, and she never knew that it would be a special one for her.

When the young Freya's birthday had arrived, she recieved her mother's old violin from her. It was passed down from her mother's mother, an heirloom, in fact. The girl needed to cherish it, and guard it with her life. Or at least, that's what she told herself. Her real journey begun right then, she'd reach the stars to fullfill her dreams.

With a timeskip into the future, the young girl practiced and practiced, with a little aid from her mother. And then she would play the violin everywhere for practice, but she actually enjoyed it. It was <i>fun</i> to keep on going. She'd make melodies till her arms grew weary, it was a joy in her boring life. And so, the young Freya blossomed into a beautiful young woman, with high spirit.

Freya had decided to live in her own little home, she felt bad for staying with her parents still, at the age of nineteen. Albeit she was still close to them... it wouldn't seem to be of any issue. For a living, the woman would work at the local tavern, performing with her violin and occasionally singing for them. She enjoyed it so far, and it felt great to be living in her shoes. She wasn't rich, but simply pleased with everything, currently.


A soft smile graced Freya's lips as she looked down at the old wooden violin which she held with her hands. The bow was clutched with her other hand as she looked up at the sky. The weather today was bright and sunny, just the way she liked it. And so, it was the perfect day to pull out her snow white dress, tailored by her favorite seamstress. trimmed with lace and dainty fading patterns. To sum it up, it was beautiful. And today, she'd be performing at the tavern.

Nonetheless, the walk was pleasant. Greeting all the town locales was a daily ordeal. She'd often stop by to buy goods and converse with them, since she liked to say she was social. She'd offer advice and help around the farm a bit whenever she was off work, simply because it brought her joy. Even though she was just one frail woman without the guts to leave the city, she was generally free spirited at heart. She enjoyed her life and job.

She sighed and pushed open the door to the tavern, stepping in. And when she did, everyone's eyes were fixated on her. With a soft and elegant smile, she approached the area with steps and a higher ground (aka the stage), where she'd perform. For today, Freya prepared them a song she created whilst spending time with a certain friend. It was just a random song concept, based off of the original one, <i>Soleil</i>

She'd stand in place, positioning the violin on her shoulder as she held the bow with her free arm. Her eyes would close when she brought the bow to the strings. <i>"Begin!"</i> When Freya was ready to begin the piece, her eyes shot open as she grinned. There she went, playing note for note. She'd even close her eyes to let the moment seep in, a sudden rush of adrenaline rushing through her vains. She'd open her eyes and start to spin and move across the stage, dancing along with the music. The melody flowed, it brought back memories of her past. It reminded her of the even more joyful days, when she first heard of her mother's music. And here she was, she never realized she'd be playing up here, just like mother did.
